Breastfeeding as a preventive against allergies
What you eat as a mother will turn up in the smallest amounts in your mother’s milk. Within the context of preventing allergies, the recommendation is therefore: Eat balanced and varied meals. A diet rich in variety helps your baby train its sense of taste.
